Pulse bag dust collector
Dust-containing gas enters the filter chamber from the ash hopper, and the coarser particles directly fall into the ash hopper or ash silo. The dust gas is filtered by the filter bag, and the dust is retained on the surface of the filter bag. The clean gas enters the clean gas chamber through the bag mouth and then exhausted into the atmosphere by the fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag continues to increase, causing the resistance of the device to rise to the set value, the differential pressure controller outputs a signal, and the program controller starts to work, opening the pulse valve one by one, so that the compressed air is filtered through the nozzle. The bag is sprayed and cleaned, so that the filter bag suddenly expands. Under the action of the reverse air flow, the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag quickly leaves the filter bag and falls into the ash hopper (or ash bin). The dust is discharged by the ash unloading valve. After all the filter bags are sprayed and cleaned, the dust collector is restored normal work.
(1) This dust collector adopts the technology of pulse jet blowing and dust removal in divided rooms, which overcomes the shortcomings of conventional pulse dust collectors and sub-chamber blowback dust collectors. It has strong dust removal ability, high dust removal efficiency, low emission concentration and low air leakage rate，less energy consumption, less steel consumption, less floor space, stable and reliable operation, and good economic benefits. It is suitable for the purification of dusty gas and the recovery of materials in light industry such as metallurgy, building materials, cement and other light industries.
(2) Due to the use of split-chamber air-stop pulse jet cleaning, the purpose of complete cleaning can be achieved with one injection, so the cleaning cycle is extended, the energy consumption of cleaning is reduced, and the compressed air consumption can be greatly reduced. At the same time, the fatigue degree of the filter bag and the pulse valve is correspondingly reduced, thereby increasing the life of the filter bag and the valve plate.
(3) The maintenance and replacement of the bag can be carried out in separate rooms under the condition of non-stop system fan and normal system operation. The filter bag mouth adopts elastic expansion ring, which has good sealing performance, firmness and reliability. The filter bag keel adopts a polygonal shape, which reduces the friction between the bag and the keel, extends the life of the bag, and is easy to unload the bag.
